Hi, I'm Ethan, a mental health coach and mindfulness practitioner from South Africa.  I help people unlock their potential and live in alignment with their values.  Through one-on-one coaching, I guide clients to overcome self-limiting beliefs and achieve their goals with confidence, fostering deeper well-being and fulfilment in a calm, non-judgemental space.
